When testing CND on Windows, I noticed the dialog box for 'Build->Set Active
Config for Main Project->Main Config' does not show up sometimes.
To reproduce:
o create a sample project
o Build->Build Main Project
  => the project is built successfully using the default GNU compilers
o select 'Build->Set Active Config for Main Project->Main Config' and change
  the compiler to 'Sun Compiler'
o Build->Clean and Build Main Project
  => the build fails
o select 'Build->Set Active Config for Main Project->Main Config'
  => the dialog box for Main Config does not show up

I this stil reproducible? I cannot reproduce but I may misunderstand the steps.
If it is, please reopen the issue and provide a more clear description.
