In forte click on "New" icon. This opens "New ... Template Chooser" and in it is
selected category Templates -- it is without description ... will be nice to
create it.

Build number is 1093 english version

This was apparently broken in 1.6 of core/release/system/filesystem.attributes.
It can be fixed again in Boston if desired (does not apply to trunk anymore);
simply the Templates folder is missing templateDescriptionResource attribute.
