When you type the first few characters of a Java code template (abbreviation)
and press Ctrl-Spacebar, the appropriate code templates are displayed in the
code completion box. The same should happen when you type the first few
characters of a C/C++ code template that is included in the C and C++ Editor
abbreviations. Instead, the code completion box displays "No suggestions"
