Description:

I can't reproduce it but thought it would be worth reporting. I was editing web
service, used some hints and editor suddenly started to throw below attached
exceptions over and over again. I have found two ways how to stop this: either
restart IDE or save the file. Maybe it's just another duplicate of issue #75226
but the stack traces are different.

I think this deserves P2 as once this happens, it's pretty annoying.

Please note that the workaround with saving the file does not work - I was wrong.
