Not sure if this is intended to work:

1/ Create a J2EE 1.4 web project
2/ Launch the WS Client dialog in the J2EE 1.4 web project

=> The JAX Version field is disabled with JAX-RPC pre-selected, see the attached
screenshot

It depends on target server. Please check issue 75300 and issue 75218. This
seems to me like a duplicate of one of them.
