Open MemoryView and set breakpoint. Start debugger. Debugger running is on
statusline, but nothing happens, debugger doesn't stop at breakpoint. If you
try to finish debugger, IDE freezes. If you manually kill debugger thread, the
IDE continues.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
