Now that a fair few modules have been installed on netbeans several of the items
(including update) on the tools menu are not shown on the screen because the
menu is taller than the screen. I would have expected the menu to detect this
and display the extra items to the left or right bottom of the menu in there own
extended menu (like XP does).
