I think this one was already fixed by Girish ...
Yes, Seems that was fixed by SaveCookie implementation : http://xml.netbeans.org/source/browse/xml/xam/src/org/netbeans/modules/xml/xam/locator/impl/CatalogFileWrapperDOMImpl.java?r1=1.1.2.3&r2=1.1.2.4 http://xml.netbeans.org/source/browse/xml/xam/test/unit/src/org/netbeans/modules/xml/xam/locator/api/CatalogModelTest.java?r1=1.1.2.2&r2=1.1.2.3

I'm experiencing random occurences of this again, especially when creating WSC in EJB module.
I'm able to reproduce this quite often (in 90% cases) with latest 6.0 build on Solaris-sparc - perhaps as a side effect of this there are no targets added to build-impl.xml, therefore => P2
Girish, please can you evaluate this issue ? We don't explicitly modify catalog, only through API.
Since, I am working on a totally different project now, I would request Sam (XML lead) to take over this bug. --> Sam
I can produce this issue consistently, and worse yet, now in 5.5.1 and 6.0 M9, it freezes the IDE if you answer Yes to the reload question. Thread dump attached.

Changing the component from websvc to the correct one which is xml.
Works for me. I tried M10 build + glassfish V1 as well as local (latest) from trunk plus glassfish v1.
