The link from the Update Center catalog in NB5.5 (55_1.19_.xml) contains broken
URL to NBM distribution. All targets don't exist on the server, e.g.
http://www.netbeans.org/download/nbms/alpha/dev/1.19/org-netbeans-modules-apisupport.nbm

I'm taking care of this.

This is caused by the fact that we're running untested feature - Dev UC on
release branch. I've updated configuration of the buildproject and updated
URLsin the catalog. The catalog seems to be fine now. 

The weak point is that at this moment there's still running 5.5 daily build with
old configuration and may overwrite actually correct URLs with wrong ones. In
the worst case this would get auto-updated no later than in next 28 hours.
