Coco Build 060225

Steps to reproduce:
Runtime-->Servers-->Add server
Choose IBM WebSphere Application Server V6.0
Press Next, Server Location Panel appears.
A11y issue:
Mnemonic for JLabel Server Location is absent.

Verified with JSE 8.1 2006.09.06 on WinXP.
