Found in NB200602011900 version.

According to guidelines, spacing between related components must be:

Metal/Gnome: 6 px

The spacing is valid for default font size. For more details see attached screenshots (spacing is in 
pixels).

In case a component has 3D effect, 1 pixel must be subtracted from the right and bottom side of the 
component.
