This is related to bug 7149. The newly implemented menu items for adding
a file system is "Mount Filesystem" and removing a filesystem is now
changed to "Unmount Filesystem". The same change should be applied to
Filesystem -> "New" -> [ differnt typ of FS]. Here "New" should be changed
to "Mount" to be consistent with the other changes.

The Filesystems popup menu - move items from submenu New to the main popup menu.
