I cannot reach stats.collab.net, where our logfiles are. Our stats are critical, this is a P1 for us. This is happening from both inside and outside the Sun firewall. Thanks for the update. The most absolutely critical thing for us is no loss of data (ie the logs are still being created and saved).
Jack, The stats.collab.net is up now. All the data has been restored and back online. Our engineers are running reports, since there are new logs. This seem to take a while as there are lot of processing queued up. Regards, Jeeva Support Operations
