Reopening with lower priority because it still randomly happens.
It still happens - to me not randomly, but always with Web Service in Web project. Using saturday's nb55 beta cont. build. Raising priority. This is a basic functionality. It just has to work.
It happens also with EJB Project. Annotation listener doesn't fires the events when new Web Service class is created (e.g. using wizard) ... and it certainly worked before. I played with class that was created by WS wizard (Empty WS option) and I removed/put back the @WebService annotation. Suddenly WS node was created.
Fixed. http://j2ee.netbeans.org/source/browse/j2ee/metadata/src/org/netbeans/modules/j2ee/metadata/NNMDRListener.java?r1=1.1.2.3&r2=1.1.2.4
