-create new websvc or websvc client

=> websvc related nodes are not visible in project logical view

WA: go to project properties, change there something, press OK => websvc (refs)
node become visible

It still happens - to me not randomly, but always with Web Service in Web
project. Using saturday's nb55 beta cont. build.

Raising priority. This is a basic functionality. It just has to work.

It happens also with EJB Project.
Annotation listener doesn't fires the events when new Web Service class is
created (e.g. using wizard) ... and it certainly worked before.

I played with class that was created by WS wizard (Empty WS option) and I
removed/put back the @WebService annotation. Suddenly WS node was created.

verified in release55_beta
