I'm not sure this is really i18n issue, but max width of suggestion popup is
defined? I'm often seeing suggestion popup can not display string entirely.

See screenshot. In this case, it suggests create new methond in
"org.netbeans.pain.PainTopComponent". If package name is long, I can see this
problem.

Is this still relevant in Nb6? Tooltips were changed to use html renderer which IMO should wordwrap the message.
