If the NFT wizard is brought up by right clicking when a package is already
selected in the project, most NFT choices will default to creation of the
artifacts in that package.  The New Entity from db wizard always defaults to the
first (non-META-INF) package.  This is also true if the package is highlighted
and the wizard is brought up through the menu.

Andrei, I think this is fixed with the updated wizard.  Can you confirm?
