I can't create new project.
The error is

javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException: Could not complie 
stylesheet

What JDK do you use? This problem was only when running on some beta of JDK 1.5.0.

See issue #43624. If you don't use affected JDK, please reopen the issue and
provide steps to reproduce.
