Use a split pane to Module: and Description: area in Add Module Dependency 
Dialog. Also use single touch expandable feature of splitpane. That way the 
user can control which section they can see more of.

Yes, probably a good idea. Jano feel free to comment if it is not against some
NB UI conventions. I also often catch my self maximizing this dialog vertically
(conveniently with shortcut - by I can imagine it is annoying to do this
everytime with mouse). Also this one is somehow relative (and colud be solved
by) the issue 71994.

BTW issue 71994 was just fixed and makes the dialog much more usable.

I'm not working on APISupport anymore. Reassigning to owner of the component, so
the issue is not 'forgotten' forever.
