During the starting of NetBeans5.0 shows Unexpected Exception:  A
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException exception has occurred.

The log file shows the problem as occurring when reading in the keymap files in
org.netbeans.core.ShortcutsFolder.readShortcuts().
