Several users reported problems with working directory not correctly set for 
the target application. Profiler should respect the default w.d. as for normal 
run (customizable from IDE?).

Working directory of profiled application was incorrectly changed by the 
Profiler, which caused problems for applications relying on concrete WD in 
runtime (reading config files etc.).

Now the working directory during profiling is the same as for normal Run (incl. 
customized WD set in Project properties) unless explicitely overriden by Custom 
Profiling Settings.

Fixed in trunk.
