Platform: WinXP Es
HW: generic intel

When using VSS version control on spanish windows one must change the path to
the VSS command. English version uses "...\Program Files\..." which is localized
into "Archivos de programa".
The appropriate path is available in registry. VSS plugin should look there.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Click on menu Versioning => VSS => Global Get Latest Version...
2) observe the content of textfield "VSS command"

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
