Ctrl-INSERT used to be one of default shortcuts for Copy action inside Emacs
keybinding profile. It has been somehow removed, eventough it does not conflict
with anything and Shift-INSERT for Paste action is present there. Please re-add
this shortcut.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Start IDE with fresh userdir
2) Invoke Tools|Options|Keymap
3) Switch to Emacs profile
4) Check edit section
--> Ctrl-INSERT is missing for Copy action

Reproducible. Too late to fix in release50.
