This is NOT p1 for en release but is for ml release, and l10 work in progress
and they need build to be complete so can check their work and its past the
milestone for ml build setup,  so thats why this is
p1, but not a stopper for en release.

in nb5.0 and nb5.0/docs are some files whose localized versions are not built
from these files which are in release50 branch of
translatedfiles/src/welcome/release/docs/*_<locale>.html
and ide/branding/release/shortcuts_<locale>.pdf

These had been built into localized jars until a few weeks ago.

Fixed in translatedfiles/build.xml rev. 1.110.2.3. Next NB 5.0 build
(#200601022030) should get this change.
