Description ehucka 2005-12-20 12:27:15 UTC
Since build 051212 ProfilerServer cannnot be started by
TargetAppRunner.startTargetVM() used by automated tests. This behaviour can be
reproduced only on solaris machines.
Comment 1 Tomas Hurka 2005-12-21 12:41:54 UTC
This seems to be caused by last commit to libprofilerinterface.so for solaris-i386 and solaris-sparc.
Reverting this file to previous version fixed the problem.

I will rebuild and recommit those from the latest native sources, too bad the
tests were not running so we could discover this earlier.
Comment 3 iformanek 2006-01-02 16:49:40 UTC
Fixed. BTW, the tests should use the way the agentpath argument is used for
profiling, not the way that is used for calibration (no arguments).

From user perspective, this bug would only be seen on Solaris while calibrating.

Reverting to original Target Milestone value changed by mistake. Sorry for
inconvenience.
