in the debug menu the 'debugger' menu item (shortcut of 'ctrl f5') should not be
there... it has been moved to the view menu and does not need to be duplicated.

Menu item Debugger removed from Debug menu. Only in new builds (This change
isn't in Boston build).

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
