In the Advanced of the Option window, expand [IDE Configuration] > [Look and
Feel] > [Menu Bar] > [&File] and click [(separator)]. At this point, "A divider
between menu items." appears in English in the Description Area.

The description for separator is derived from javax.swing.JSeparator's beaninfo
what should be localized.
