The "New" option in the explorer context menu no longer expands (i.e. Create
new... Java file, JSP file, etc). Other submenus expand just fine.

Turns out this issue is specific to Mustang; it works fine in Tiger. I can
reproduce it in Java 1.6.0-rc-b62
