In the tutorial http://platform.netbeans.org/tutorials/nbm-filetype.html, in
Recognizing Manifest Files step 2, there is a mention of a way to identify XML
files by their namespace.  However, it is not completely clear how one would do
this.  If you could add an example of an xml file and the namspace string NB is
expecting, this would be helpful.
