When a user adds a profile and confirms OD, the profile won't get saved and is
not present in the list upon next OD invocation.


Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Start IDE with fresh userdir
2) Invoke tools|options|Fonts&Colors
3) Press 'Duplicate'
4) Fill in a name for the new profile
5) Confirm OD
6) Invoke OD again
--> Newly added profile is not present inside 'Profile' combo

This issue seems to be random.

It has already been fixed in trunk.
