The root nodes in Object Browser in the Packages area does not have the handle.
Therefore they cannot be expanded (double click opens new window).

Root nodes do not have expand sign on Windows too; but on Windows, doubleclick
expands the node while on Linux/Solaris, it invokes Explore from Here.

Verified in build 1125 and 49.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
