Hi iam using mandriva linux 2006 (jre 1.5 update 4) and have problems installing
netbeans 5 beta 2 i get this error

Known problem with some Linux distributions -- a missing 'bc' utility.
Unfortunately, this is an InstallShiled limitation/bug.
