Product Version         = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 051111)
Operating System        = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor; Home  = 1.6.0-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0-beta-b59;
Sun Microsystems Inc.; d:\Java\jdk1.6.0\jre

Steps:
1. Check out sources, open project.
2. Select some file versioned node and invoke "CVS | Show Annotations..." popup
menu action.

Popup menu action is always disabled. It's accessible from "CVS" main menu item
only.

Will be solved together with Issue #66214 which caused it.
