ability to add a new Toolbar / menu when creating action.
for now it just let user to select a toolbar   / menu that already exist , and users are forced to 
change the xml file by hand.

AFAIK you were working on letting all wizards have an editable path? But may be
for a post-5.0 release.

Yes. I already implemented this for some combox. But toolbars and menus were
little uneasy IIRC so probably will be let for the next release.

I'm not working on APISupport anymore. Reassigning to owner of the component, so
the issue is not 'forgotten' forever.
