When opening the Project settings window. Some of the services are not visible.
For example Compiler types, Debugger Types,...

Also when setting the properties of any executable node the list of
possibilities for compiler, debugger and execution are not present

The entries are there now in Build 1040, but they are still empty!

In later builds there are not empty. Tested on 1042.

Project Settings window isn't now present.
