The update center wizard is broken since 20051021-1502 build. Key
LAB_ModulesList_Mnemonic is not found in resource bundle. To reproduce:

- start Update center wizard
- click Next
- select e.g. Infrastructure|Convertor
- click "Add >" button (BTW. why is right arrow smaller than for "Next >" button?)
- click Next
- comfirm license
- click Next and MissingResourceException is thrown.
