Description gugrim 2005-10-21 14:49:23 UTC
[ BUILD # : 200510201800 ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.5.0_04 ]

When double clicking an sql file, a window opens up that is probably part of the DB support. There does not seem to be a way to edit the file in the normal editor. The context menu has no Edit action. A temporary workaround is to pull down the lower pane to a minimum but this is not remembered when another sql file is opened.

Can't see how this is a duplicate. I'm missing an "Edit" action for sql files, i
e like for property files.
Comment 3 Andrei Badea 2005-10-24 13:00:31 UTC
There is no edit, but there is an open action on SQL files, which opens the new
editor. As described in issue 65206 the new editor will be improved to open with
the result area hidden, therefore you get the same editor as before, but with
syntax highlighting. Agreed?
Comment 4 gugrim 2005-10-24 13:33:48 UTC
Agreed!
