When user updates Japanese Forte from NBM files then menu items in Debugger menu are duplicated.


- install Japanese build 832 CE
- autoupdate Forte from NBM files
- after restart of IDE there are duplicated menu items in Debugger menu (see attachment)

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

This bug will not be fixed. This bug applies to the already released build, it
is not destructive and there is an easy workaround available. The user may
delete the redundant actions manually.
