It would be better to have 2 wizards for web service creation, currently it
looks overcrowded (there's no free space for new UI components which will be
required by possible enhancements and the way how ws are created is different
enough to do so):

- for ws from scratch/from existing code - remove from (local/"remote") wsdl
options from the current wizard

- for ws from local/"remote" wsdl - create new wizard similar to the New Web
Service Client wizard with some kind of "Retrieve" button - this will allow us
to parse (validate) given wsdl at least
