When clicking on the shortcut on my desktop, netbeans goes through its
initialization and then the initialization window will go away and nothing will
happen.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled and this is still happening.  I have a
screen shot of what will eventually show up after running the shortcut once again.

Please provide the messages.log file from NetBeans userdir (c:/documents &
settings/username/.netbean/4.1/var/messages.log) so that we can investigate this
issue further. You can also try to delete the whole userdir to see if this helps
solve this issue.

The messages.log file contains an exception from jemmysupport. Jirko, please
take a look at it and reassign if necessary. Thanks.

I can't reproduce it. I want ask you for help. Please, could you replace
C:\Documents and
Settings\jrw16\.netbeans\4.1\modules\org-netbeans-modules-jemmysupport.jar by
attached jar and let me know if it helps? Thanks.

This issue is a duplicate of issue 57272. I fixed it in NB5.0 code base.
