I opened the modern "Options" by selecting the item from the "Tools" menu.
I click on "Classic View" and the view is switched to that one properly.
In the classic view I now click on "Modern View" and the "Classic View" window
disappears but the "Modern View" never shows up.

(I am using last nights build.)

Sometimes I am not able to get to classic options as well

Isn't this also a possible showstopper for yesterdays q-build?

I would not mark it as Q-build stopper. The workaround is simple - open new OD
from menu. The other issue 66630 is a Q-build stopper, there is no workaround
for it.
