Build 200510100858 + pseudolocalization
If I open Tools->Options first time and select Editor category, the attached
exception is thrown and no options are displayed.
It might be a pseudo issue, it works fine on us locale, BUT some investigation
should be performed.Thanks!

I forgot mentioned that pseudolocalization use zh_CN locale.
