Our L10N team had found an issue in mdr nbm:

javax-jmi-reflect.nbm and javax-jmi-model.nbm

OpenIDE-Module-Long-Description and OpenIDE-Module-Short-Description
are missing in the info.xml.

mdr/jmi/src/javax/jmi/reflect/resources/Bundle.properties
OpenIDE-Module-Name=JMI reflective API
OpenIDE-Module-Display-Category=Infrastructure

mdr/mof/src/javax/jmi/model/resources/Bundle.properties
OpenIDE-Module-Name=JMI generated API for MOF model
OpenIDE-Module-Display-Category=Infrastructure

Also, these logn and short descriptions are used as the module description
in the Option window, so I think these messages needs.
