API Versioning node in properties
No public packages
Add a friend module setup

The error at the bottom says:
"If there is a friend there must be also at least on public package selected."

"on" should be "one"
It could also use some rewording/grammar corrections.  I would suggest (check
with docs):
"You must select at least one public package to export to friends."

Thanks for the catch.
Jesse I know this is mine but please consider and fix this yourself. I don't
have a strong opinion about an English grammar ;)
