Inside new OD's Advanced | Classpath | Manage Classpath, it is possible to add
same item multiple times.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Invoke Tools | Options | Advanced | Classpath | Manage Classpath...
2) Add ie. the same jar twice
3) Try Move Up / Down
--> Same item is added twice; Move Up/ Down buttons can be disabled both at once
under certain circumstances

I use standard ClasspathEditor there.

AFAIK, no Classpath editor in Advanced options no more.

The location of the dialog is Tools|Options|Misc.|Ant|Classpath|Manage
Classpath, and behaves still the same.

- using of move up/down disables both these buttons
- same jar can be added twice
