NB 5.0 (200509191800) + collaboration modules updated from Dev Update Center

There are two windows, both are opened at the same position, and when is opened
the first - the second one is closed (or where it is?).

This issue has been also pointed during the UI review of collaboration module as
a P1.

Once #64719 gets implemented, there will be no double-duty window.

It was a very nice try to make from 2 P1 DEFs, only one P1 ENH ;)
