I defined Ctrl+X S as Save All in Emacs keybinding profile.  It works, all files
are saved after I press C-X S, but a charater S is inserted into the current editor.

I observe the same behaviour for all other multikey IDE shortcuts

No reason to keep this case in a separate issue IMHO.
Closing as duplicate of issue 64621.
