Sometimes when I'm using annotations I'll get this exception popping up. the most common time for this 
to happen is when I'm adding a new annotation to a class and that annotation hasnt been imported yet. 
Once I get this exception once, anytime I even click on the same line as the annotation it will be thrown 
again. Attaching my log file to show more detail.

Also, this will come up when I try to do a Fix Imports as well with annotations. Doesn't always happen, but 
once it does it keeps happening a lot more frequently.
