Profiler Attach wizard should list J2ee servers configured in runtime tab, the 
user already spent time configuring them in Runtime tab, he should not be 
forced to enter those again.

After evaluating the request I came to the conclusion that the required
functionality would need to utilize the non-public API of NetBeans, namely the
<b>org.netbeans.modules.j2ee.deployment.impl.ServerRegistry<b> class to get hold
of all registered J2EE servers.
Anyway, there is already the possibility to start a registered J2EE server
directly. You can right-click a particular J2EE server and select the <b>Start
in Profile mode</b> action. This feature practically renders this request obsolete.
