The component palette does not have the ability to add JSP tags or taglibs, even
though it apparently does support taglibs since there are predefined components.
It would be useful to add tags such as from JSF etc.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
