This is a sugestion. I am hoping for the Netbeans 5.0 Release there is a UML plugin.

Well, the NB 5.5 UML module is not compatible NB 5.0 as is. The UML module for
NB 5.0 is bundled in Java Studio Enterprise 8.1.

There is no UML plugin for NB5.0
But most likely NB user has switched to NB5.5.
And this means that UML plugin is available for the user.
